These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of SDE Studio (the “App”). By using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, render, and deliver that content to you and the people you share events with. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for how you use it.
Subscriptions and billing
- SDE Studio offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your app store account — your Apple ID (Apple App Store) or your Google Play account — at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price of the selected plan.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings — Apple ID subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play subscriptions (Android) — after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App: no unlawful content, no infringement of others’ rights, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and no use that violates applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service and its users.
Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
